This 5-hour experience offers an unforgettable afternoon drive through the lush Blue Mountains landscape to enjoy two magnificent wineries of the Megalong Valley. With the convenience of a private driver, this tour offers exceptional value for a personalised experience tailored to your preferences. Our minivan can accommodate up to 7 seated passengers and one wheelchair user (automatic lift, no need to transfer). We've estimated this experience at five hours to enjoy two wineries. However, we can adjust the itinerary as suits you. With an hourly rate, there are no surprises. Book your trip today and raise a glass to the beauty and flavours of the Blue Mountains. Cheers to extraordinary experiences! 🍷 Details: 🍷 Available in line with cellar door opening times, which are Friday (Winter at Dryridge only), Saturday and Sunday 🍷 The experience is for up to eight people (including one wheelchair user) for five hours. 🍷 Time may be adjusted, subject to availability, at $240/hour. 🍷 Our service includes private transportation and wine tasting. Additional optional costs may be food to accompany wine tastings.
Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT We will send you options for credit card or EFT payment. As soon as your deposit is received, your booking is confirmed. The balance is due 48 hours before the experience. Cash payments may be made in person at 7 Katoomba Street, Katoomba, during opening hours. CANCELLATION If your plans change, you may reschedule or cancel your booking up to 48hrs before your experience for free; eg booking is 10th of the month, you may cancel anytime up to and including the 7th. Cancellations made after that time will forfeit the 50% deposit. Within 24 hours, no refund is available. Cancellation periods also apply to requests for shorter tour lengths than the confirmed booking. If any of our terms are breached, Out of the Blue reserves the right to cancel your booking immediately without refund. WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE Tours and transfers operate in most weather conditions. Standard cancellation periods apply in the event of inclement weather. In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, Out of the Blue may alter or cancel your booking for safety reasons. In such cases, you will be offered a reschedule or refund. CHILD CAR SEAT SAFETY Children aged under 7 years must use an approved suitable child restraint when travelling in a vehicle. If you do not have your own suitable restraint for your child/ren, please advise us when you book. We may be able to supply one, at additional cost, but this is not guaranteed. ACCESSIBILITY We are happy to do whatever we can for anyone with mobility issues. Please let us know what you need so that we can confirm upon booking. LIABILITY While all reasonable care is taken, Out of the Blue is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay incurred during your tour or transfer except where required by law. SAFE & RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour. This includes failure to comply with safety regulations, such as wearing a seatbelt, or any level of intoxication that we believe could compromise safety. We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion. In extreme situations, we may escalate matters by involving local authorities and proceeding to the nearest police station if necessary.
